The main objective is to introduce the field of forensic genetics to the auditorium. The lectures will cover all areas of the process of the identification of biological material not only from the methodological point of view but also quality assurance and legal aspects. Students will have a chance to solve their own monk cases and try some basic sampling procedures as well as the examination of body fluids and the use of DNA databases.
