Course content |
Lectures: 1 - basic concepts, sources, elements, the basic principles; 2 - employment, creation, changes; 3 - termination of employment, illegal termination of employment, obligations of employers; 4 - Agreement on works practised besides employment, discipline at work, security of work; 5 - working time - layout, flexible working time; 6 - payment and salary, overtime, reimbursement; 7 - holiday, care for employees; 8 - liability for damage; 9 - Employment - tasks of public authorities, control activities of state bodies; 10 - fundamental questions of Financial law, object, system and sources; 11 - financial relations, basic legal financial institutes, the financial market; 12 - budgetary process, legal regulations of revenue and expenditure; 13 - general issues of taxation, tax procedure. Seminars: 1 - employment contract, discrimination in labour-law relations; 2 - forms of termination of employment; 3 - Contract of services and Agreement on working activity; 4 - working time, flexible working time; 5 - payment and salary, types of compensation, business trips; 6 - holiday, qualifying agreements; 7 - liability for damage for employee and employer; 8 - State employment policy; 9 - finance and financial activities of the State; 10 - state supervision, financial market; 11 - basic financial institutes; 12 - budgetary management; 13 - construction of various types of taxes in accordance with present legislation.

The aim of this course is to equip students with the basic knowledge of labour-law relations, which are necessary for practice and explain the basics of financial relations.
Students are able to orientate in the issue, can find the requisite legal rule and apply it in practice. |

Civil substantive and procedural law, partly Commercial, Administrative and Criminal law and the basics of economics.

Oral examination
Credit Requirements: Final test - reaching 15 points from 20 possible. Examination Requirements: Students will ballot 2 questions from 20, which include a total issue of the course per semester and demonstrate good theoretical knowledge and its application on practical cases. |
