Course content
Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) content in agricultural soil after solid-liquid extraction (SLE) by high-performance liquid chromatography with spectrophotometric and fluorescence detection (LC-PDA-FLD). Determination of selected cations and anions in water by ion chromatography. Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water by means of GC-MS after their liquid-liquid extraction. Determination of selected heavy metals by AAS. Identification of organic substances by infrared spectroscopy. Determination of total organic carbon in water.
