Course content |
Content of laboratory excercises: Exercise No. 1: Calibration of micropipettes. Exercise No. 2: Spectrophotometric determination of iron in water. Exercise No. 3: Determination of acetic acid and hydrochloric acid using alkalimetric titration with potentiometric and conductometric indication. Exercise No. 4: Direct potentiometry determination of fluoride in toothpaste using fluoride ion-selective electrode (F-ISE). Exercise No. 5: Determination of phenol and 1-naphthol in water using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet spectrophotometric detection (RP-HPLC-UV). Exercise No. 6: Determination of magnesium and calcium in drinking water using flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FA-AAS).
