TZI triangle Living and dead learning in personal history of group participants Non-functioning system - analysis of certain situations Axioms, postulates and auxiliary rules in TZI Ice berg theory in TZI Formulation of the group topic in TZI

Dialogic (discussion, interview, brainstorming), Monitoring, Graphic and art activities, Activating (simulations, games, drama)
Learning outcomes
The course is aimed to provide basic views on a concrete alternative didactic direction
) The participans have basic views in the principles of group work TZI, (Themenzentrierte Interaktion), alternative didactic direction, that come out of Psychoanalytical pedagogy. 2) They reflect the group dynamical processes, that obstruct in a learning process. 3)They analyse concrete group atmosphere and in terms of it the topic for the group work is settled. 4) They have view on the way of group leadership in the form of "to lead and to participate"
