Key learning outcomes
|
The graduate from doctoral studies has acquired theoretical knowledge of science methodology, general economics, company finances and economy, management and marketing as well as adequate language skills. Particular attention has been paid to the above-mentioned individual study plan project, reflecting current knowledge base of the graduate and refining graduate´s specific profile in relation to the subject matter of his/her thesis. Within the framework of in-depth theoretical preparation, research activity, knowledge and skills acquired during studies in a wide variety of obligatory and facultative subjects, incl. general skills relevant for employees (presentation skills, project management, entrepreneurial activity etc.), the graduates have obtained preparation allowing them to become teachers, scientific and/or research specialists in their faculties, other universities and high schools or to specialize in various economic sectors, particularly in positions of highly-qualified managers of business entities home and abroad, non-profit organisations, research institutes, public administration and local government.
