Key learning outcomes The Master's degree builds on the Bachelor's degree in Social Work. The proposed study programme is intended for students of existing bachelor programmes with social and health-social focus at the Faculty of Social Work of the JU, but also for applicants of other faculties, or universities where related programmes are implemented. The aim of the study is to prepare new graduates to be able to respond to current scientific, research and professional issues in social work. It is a modern programme that aims to improve the quality of graduates and the attractiveness of studies in the field of social work education at the level of a follow-up master's degree. The increase in the quality of graduates will be achieved by thematically expanding the professional practice of students in accordance with respect for the requirements of the institutions where graduates are employed. The Master's degree programme is profiled in the field of management in social work. Graduates of the programme will acquire theoretical and practical skills in the management of organisations providing social work and social services.
