| Key learning outcomes | The graduate meets the qualification requirements for performing the teaching profession at the upper level of primary schools. These requirements are fulfilled through successfully completing the study program, writing a thesis, and passing state final exams in pedagogical-psychological disciplines and in specialized subjects and their didactics. The graduate is knowledgeable in Czech linguistics, morphology, syntax, the development of the Czech language, stylistics, and Bohemian studies, including the analysis of language phenomena in multilingual students, and is familiar with contemporary Czech literature, literary history, main trends in literary theory, and specific methods for working with literary texts in a multicultural environment. They are able to effectively plan and conduct lessons in Czech language and literature, including differentiated and individualized approaches for students with different native languages. The graduate is capable of assessing and developing students' language, reading, and literary skills in a heterogeneous classroom, providing language support, and utilizing innovative didactic methods. |
