In connection with the operational practice, students will get acquainted with the professional side of operation at the workplace, preferably of the type that is related to their specific focus. They also participate in physical work, but the aim is to get a deeper overview of the nature and effectiveness of work activities (not only "how" it is done, but also "why" it is done this way) and at the same time a more comprehensive insight into the context of follow-up activities. workplace. Part of the practice is acquaintance with regulations concerning specific activities (eg in the case of handling vertebrates, the Act against Animal Cruelty No. 246/1992 Coll., Including amendments). Students may be assigned certain individual tasks, depending on the nature of the workplace, under the supervision of a responsible employee and in strict compliance with the principles of occupational safety. Students will prepare a more detailed report on the course of practice and the activities they performed within this practice.
