Special biology of the family Orchidaceae. Biological and cultivation specifics of individual groups, of which important species, including reproduction according to the taxonomic division of the family Orchidaceae: subtribus Cypripedilinae, Haberinae, Disinae, Physurinae, Spiranthinae, Arethusinae, Vanillinae, Bulbophyllinae, Cymbidinae, Phendaiinae, , Gongorinae, Zygopetalinae, Oncidiinae, Sarcanthinae, Lycastinae, Campylocentrinae and others. Threat to representatives of individual groups in nature, the possibility of rescue cultivation. Taxonomic determination - especially in relation to the distinction between botanical species and artificial hybrids.
