Key learning outcomes The aim of the study is an academic interdisciplinary connection between the biological field, related practical (biomonitoring, animal and plant biotechnology, toxicology, useful and ornamental plants, animal nutrition) and the legislative sphere. The aim of education is to acquire competencies in the following areas: a) private breeding-breeding sphere - animal husbandry, plant cultivation, including all accompanying professional procedures, b) professional and managerial work in zoological and botanical gardens, c) business sphere, work in companies dealing with trade in plants and animals, d) specialized expert services in state institutions (Czech Environmental Inspectorate, environmental reports of regional authorities and municipalities, Ministry of the Environment, Ministry of Agriculture, police departments monitoring illegal trade in organisms, customs administration, etc.), e) work in the media sphere.
