1. Planning intercultural projects: situation analysis, objectives, implementation 2. Intercultural teams and diversity management 3. Interculturality in co-operation and team work 4. Roles in intercultural teams, international project manager 5. Multilingual presentations and discussion of project results 6. Notion of multilingualism 7. Consequences of multilingualism: for multilingual speakers, for society and for the language itself 8. Challenges and advantages of multilingualism 9. Multingualism in companies 10. The role of translation and lingua franca 11. European multingualism

Výstupy z učení
The content of this state final exam corresponds to the knowledge and skills and general competencies acquired within the second semester of study. Student prove a theoretical background of the international project management; knowledge of the existing models for the multicultural team building and management and the drivers and barriers of such teams' performance; capacity to identify and deal with intercultural conflicts and differences.
The students understand the principles of the subject.
