The aim of the course is to provide students with advanced theoretical and practical skills in fish nutrition. Students will gain theoretical and practical experience with analytical methods and solutions to practical problems associated with fish nutrition. They will get an overview of the main research topics related to nutrition and fish feeding. They will learn to plan and perform experiments used in fish nutrition research.
By completing the course the student will gain basic theoretical and practical knowledge of fish nutrition. During the course, they will get acquainted with analytical methods and solutions to practical problems associated with fish nutrition. They will gain an overview of the main research topics related to fish nutrition and feeding. They will learn to plan and carry out experiments used in fish nutrition research. After completing the course, students will be able to develop nutrition and feeding plans for fish, formulate new feed mixtures, design, perform and evaluate experiments with feeding.
