Examination of per. blood, bone marrow, tumour tissue. Assessment of mosaics, clones. - Molecular genetics extra-human genome: isolation of DNA/RNA from various sources, detection of viral NA, detection of bacterial 16S, identification of sequences by sequential analysis, quantitative analysis of viral loads (Real Time PCR), interpretation (comparisons and links to other microbiological methods). - Molecular genetics human genome: isolation of DNA/RNA, PCR detection SNP (end point and Real Time PCR), sequencing, detection of hypermutations in lgH in CLL, quantification expression (bcr/abl), interpretation and the issue of intergeneration validity of molecular genetic examinations. Protection of public health 1 week - Drinking water sampling: determination of free chlorine, pH, conductivity, organoleptic properties (smell, taste) and elaborating the protocol - Surface water sampling from a stream or a pond: determining the temperature, pH, conductivity, transparency and elaborating the protocol - Measuring the quality of indoor environments, CO2, temperature, relative humidity in school facilities for the period of teaching process 6-7 hours compared to the air quality in outdoor environments, elaborating the protocol - Measuring the quality of indoor catering working environments: such as the kitchen. The effect of the number of employees on temperature and humidity, the size of the kitchen, shift length, elaborating the protocol and attaching photographic documentation.
