Výstupy z učení

The course deals with investigation of material and information flow among subjects as suppliers of raw materials and parts, manufacturers of goods, distributors and end consumers with the aim to accelerate this flow, remove unnecessary elements, decrease inventories and costs. All this will contribute to better customer services and make the competition on the market for the firms more effective. The role of logistics increases especially in contemporary global environment. Students will be acquainted with specific methods and technologies of logistics.
Students will better understand the relations among all participants in the logistic chain and the relations between logictics and manufacturing and distribution.

Credit Requirements: Presentation of semestral projects. Examination Requirements: Written exam, at least 70 % of the exam test.
