Výstupy z učení
|
Quality management addresses the importance of development, procedures, key principles, quality standards, and quality management control tools. Significant attention is paid to the philosophy of management by Deming, Juran, Ishikawa, Feigenbaum, Taguchi, and Crosby. Attention is also paid to the implementation of quality managerial systems and the introduction of comprehensive quality management in companies, analysis of business processes, quality management systems and standards on international and national levels, and improvement and control of quality management. The course enables students to develop skills and knowledge in the field of quality management of business processes and change management.
Students will acquire knowledge of the principles and tools of quality management, quality management systems (ISO, TQM), process improvement methods, and performance evaluation. They will learn to apply approaches such as Lean Management, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Kaizen to improve organizational quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Students are expected to have a basic understanding of management, business processes, and organizational operations. They should be familiar with fundamental management principles and able to analyze business processes

Hodnoticí metody a kritéria
|
Písemná zkouška, Seminární práce
Credit requirements: Preparation and presentation of the seminar project, in accordance with the assignment. Test requirements: Passing a written test with a min 60% success rate.
