Výstupy z učení
The course is designed to prepare the student for professional project approach, based on both theoretical models and the examples of various community programs, simulations, exercises of application (including budget). The approach to territorial development is much discussed there. To carry out a project in a specific territory, the networks of actors must develop specific procedures, in line with the policies of the territories concerned. Students are supposed to get through the prescribed literature on their own in order to get a basis for the course. The total workload assumed is at least 150 hours. The network approach (with specific examples, particularly concerning Brittany), the concept of territory, the links between regional cultures and economic development of the regions are among the points of questions of project management. To prepare a strong and viable project, knowledge of the context of the territories involved in the project action is fundamental. These approaches allow approaching this and especially the working methods to implement to get there. The problem of multiculturalism is also covered. To prepare, to plan, to develop, to define, to edit, to track a project, then to enroll in the expression of change. It is a professional approach to benefit the development of local territories, national and European.
