1. The student knows the terminology in the field of animal assisted therapy and can explain the difference between therapy and animal assisted activity. 2. The student knows the specific methods, forms and concrete examples zootherapy including the manner of its use in children, adults and seniors. 3. The student has mastered the basic conditions for practicing zootherapy including management of documentation and evaluation. 4. The student is familiar with the basics zooterapeutického process and the roles of each participant. 5. The student knows the benefits of animal assisted therapy and contraindications for its practice in health and social areas.

There are no specific requirements for this course. It is necessary to study recommended literature and discuss selected topics during lectures and seminars.

Hodnoticí metody a kritéria
|
Ústní zkouška, Rozhovor, Seminární práce
The course is completed credit and oral exam. Terms of credit: 1. active participation in lectures and work in student´s group work; 2. processing and presentation of a seminar paper on the assigned topic. 3. participation in the excursion . After getting the credit students may complete oral exam. Oral exam: Students proceed to the oral exam after successfully obtaining credit by the deadline listed in the system STAG.
