Key learning outcomes The follow-up master degree programme Quality and Processing of Agricultural Products deepens in more detail the areas related to the quality and technology of processing plant and animal products, food hygiene and safety, human dietetics, and innovative practices in the processing industry. Graduates of this program can continue their studies at Faculty of Agriculture (South Bohemia University) in accredited doctoral study fields. Graduates of this program are agricultural engineers, with a broad theoretical basis and practical knowledge of the field, who can find employment: - at the level of medium and higher enterprises in the field of processing of agricultural raw materials and food; - in the area of trade in raw materials and food; - in control and supervisory activities in state administration; - in the consulting sphere; - in research and development activities; - in pedagogical activities.
