Key learning outcomes
|
DSB Agricultural Chemistry is focused on providing comprehensive education, which focuses mainly on highly current topics in the field of agricultural chemistry, food science, and quality of agricultural products. Emphasis is placed on further development and training of critical thinking, the ability to independently and comprehensively analyze professional information, design and implement experimental and theoretical work, as well as adequately evaluate and publish the results obtained.

|
The student is prepared for highly qualified positions in food and biotechnology companies as well as for scientific work focusing on agricultural chemistry and analysis of agricultural products. Primarily, the students may find positions in academic institutions and in scientific research institutes not only basic, but also applied agricultural research, in breeding stations, in food, pharmaceutical or specialized clinical laboratories, in state administration or in the control and advisory sphere. At the level of senior management, the student may be employed in the field of food processing and evaluation, including trade in food and food raw materials.
