Key learning outcomes | The aim of the programme is to provide the graduate with a comprehensive knowledge in the area of French/Spanish philology. The programme contains the linguistic and literary parts of the common base, as well as subjects of study plans of each specialization (French philology, Spanish philology). The structure of the study plans of both specializations is identical, and the specific content of each item naturally reflects the specifics of each language (and their cultural areas). Study plans specialising in three versions of A, A1 (called maior) and A2 (so-called minor). In all three versions of the study plans are represented the traditional components of the philological study - the linguistic, literary and linguistic part (practical language competences), the versions differ naturally from each other by the scope of individual parts. In the study plan of version A, the share of compulsorily selectable subjects is significantly represented, and this version also contains subjects focused on translation practice. The study plan version A1 contains all the key philological disciplines (with the exception of special translation courses), the compulsory optional component consists of the plans of version A2 of the other successive masters programmes offered at the Faculty of Arts at University of South Bohemia. The study plan version A2 contains key philological disciplines in the reduced range. According to this version, students study other programs in which they also assign a diploma thesis. The program offers in both of its specializations the possibility of studying in double degree mode. In the French philology specialization, the Faculty of Arts has two double diploma treaties: 1) with Université Paris-Descartes, Faculté des Sciences Humaines et Sociales-Sorbonne, in the program Sciences du langage: Linguistique et sémiology générales; 2) with the Université de Lorraine, UFR Sciences Humaines et Sociales (Metz), in the programme Sciences du langage et Didactique des Langues: Lexique, Texte et Discours. In the specialization of Spanish philology, the Faculty of Arts has two double diploma contracts with the Universidad de Salamanca, Espa? A, the student has the opportunity to choose one of the following fields of study: Máster Universitario en la Ense? anza de Espa? ol como Lengua Extranjera; Máster Universitario en literature Espa? ola e Hispanoamericana. Teoría de la literature y literature Comparada; Máster Universitario en Gestión del Patrimonio Textual y Humanidades Digitales. | ||||
