Key learning outcomes The three-year bachelor field "Agriculture" in the specialization "Product Processing" is a classic agricultural study that provides the student with comprehensive education and practical knowledge concerning agricultural production in the field of crops and livestock farming and extended knowledge with a focus on processing agricultural production. Specialized subjects follow the theoretical foundations of natural and agricultural sciences in the course of studying compulsory, compulsory elective and optional subjects. The concept of the field of study is based primarily on the requirements of agricultural practice. Graduates of this specialization apply as specialized agronomists, workers of agricultural services and consulting firms, as workers of farm buy-in and trade, or as civil servants with a focus on evaluating the quality of agricultural production.

Occupational profiles of graduates with examples The graduate of the field "Agriculture" will be equipped with basic professional knowledge of agricultural disciplines. The study plan of the field and the chosen specialization is designed to enable graduates to start employment after completing their bachelor's studies, as well as to continue in subsequent master's fields of study. The graduate is equipped with knowledge that will enable him to hold the profession of a self-employed farmer, agronomist or zootechnician on an agricultural enterprise, an employee of agricultural services or advisory organizations. Graduates find employment in administrative positions with an agricultural focus, but also in various positions of state administration with a focus on agriculture and plant protection.
